The owner Zevi Shafran has been licensed by the DRE since 1999. Zevi started his career at Coldwell Banker in North Ranch, CA and quickly became a top-producing agent. Zevi later joined White House Properties in Westlake Village, CA and shortly thereafter became a Broker and opened Platinum Globe Mortgage and Real Estate Company. Zevi was both a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker until 2010. Starting 2011 the firm focused on distressed properties, otherwise known as underwater. The firm successfully established working relationships with most banking institutions and was able to help homeowers walk away from negative equity.
